Immigration Legal Support 

Every Wednesday a volunteer immigration lawyer comes to the offices of the Spanish American Committee from 8:30-12:30.  Assistance is provided to the first 7 people.

 Legal matters that the lawyer assists with include: 

  • Permanent resident application
  • Green Card
  • Citizenship
  • Employment Based Green Card
  • Business Visas
  • Work Permits
  • Legal advice and Explanation of Immigration Options
  • Communicate with USCIS about your case through online tools or mail

The Legal Aid Society

A special first come, first serve free clinic for low-income individuals through the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland Volunteer Lawyers Program.  Bring important papers with you!  Civil Matters Only (not criminal)

  • Once a quarter on Saturdays from 9:00am-1:00pm at the Spanish American Committee offices, 4407 Lorain Ave.  Call the Spanish American Committee for the next clinic date.
